SHO grade	Basic training - all trainees require 3 months full time ICM.
From Spring 2004	Basic training available in all the Deanery hospitals with intensive care trainees (many are linked to SHO posts in anaesthesia) Step 1: available at Oxford, Reading, Northampton, Wexham Park, (Kettering pending) Step 2: available at Oxford only at present.
