This one day course for new GP registrars on the Banbury, Oxford and Windsor schemes in the Deanery is about learning skills and self-development.
The learning objectives are: to understand your role as a GP both now and in the future, and identify key skills and knowledge needed for that role; to gain insight into yourself as a professional learner; to understand GP postgraduate education and training objectives, eg Summative Assessment and MRCGP; to identify learning resources; and to have developed a Personal Learning Plan based on these objectives.
